2.8.7 FOLD MIRROR 1

Fold mirror 1 is accessed from the front left-corner of the projector. The alignment screws are

positioned along the top of the light tube, which allows them to be easily adjusted.

(40 minutes; includes 10 minute calibration)

1. Remove top lid. Refer to 2.5.5 Top Lid, on page 2-10

2. Remove exhaust panel skin. Refer to 2.5.9 Exhaust Panel Skin, on page 2-13

3. Remove contrast aperture. Refer to 2.8.4 Contrast Aperture, on page 2-49

4. Remove the light sensor module. Refer to 2.8.5 Light Sensor Module, on page 2-49

5. Loosen the 2.5mm locking hex screw and remove the 2 hex screws securing fold mirror 1 to the

bracket (Figure 2-63).

6. Reverse the above steps to install fold mirror 1. NOTE: When installing ensure the reflective

surface faces inwards (Figure 2-64).

7. Power up the projector and align the fold mirror. For details, refer to the CP2000-M/MR User

Manual (020-100123-xx).

CAUTION

Wear gloves when handling the fold mirror.
